I would 100 stars if that was an option!!! Absolute, professional, and master of their crafts. This has been the best experience I have ever had in my entire life dealing with any type of auto repair. The entire team is not only the most friendly and most professional group of individuals I have ever met in this particular field or trade, but they know exactly what they are doing and kept me informed the entire time of the process and the timeframe and everything in between. I will never use another company ever again and I will recommend Gerber to everyone I know and even though I don't. In a situation as stressful as dealing with any type of auto repair, especially when you are in a collision right before Christmas, Joe and the entire team removed all elements of stress from my shoulders and from me entirely. Absolute best of the best ... of the best and the progress text messages was so amazing, I never had to guess and I never... Not once, did I have to call them and ask them what the status was. They kept me in the loop the entire time and their professionalism is so exceptional, I have not seen such teamwork since I was in the Army. ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED BEYOND BELIEF!!! My car was fixed within 1 week and returned to me cleaner than I left it. The repairs look great and the customer service was top notch. Great people to work with. My insurance worked with the company directly so I didn't have to stress about anything except paying my deductible when I picked my car up. Would recommend to anyone.
