Customer service was amazing. They took care of all of the annoying phone calls to the insurance company (which is a huge help since I don't speak that lingo)! The car was returned clean and paint looked awesome. I will recommend this shop to everyone.

They did an awesome job fixing my car's bumper. They thoroughly inspected the damage of my car and communicated with me through phone & also update me with the status through text messages every day. Excellent workmanship on my Dodge Caravan. Customer service was great, they kept me informed often on the progress of my repair. They finished the work early and I was able to use my car for a trip. They called for my rent a car and then allowed me to drop it off at their shop. Things were so easy. Thanks so much!

The service was great and I like that they kept me informed about my truck. They explained every detail about my truck before the work was done and after it was completed. I was happy that Hertz rental car picked me up from the Gerber location and I was able to return the vehicle to the Gerber location. Keep up the great customer service!
