The repair to my vehicle was supposed to take a week & it actually took 2 weeks, but who am I to complain when my car came back completely detailed inside & out (not at all expected) and a perfect repair job. They also fixed a piece hanging loose from my front bumper (which I didn't ask to be done) without charging extra. I will recommend them to anyone who needs any mechanical work done.

OMG can't be happier right now. Chris and Christian took an old lady that was kinda angry because taking long for a part for a car I purchased through carvana. Anyway appointment had to be moved yet again dealer sent wrong part. I mentioned during the estimate phase how crazy the rocker panel molding was making me. One of the clips has disengaged right were driver's side door opened so saw this every day and couldn't fix it to save my life. Chris some how remembered my dismay and offered to take a look see if they couldn't just pop one in there for me when they did the weather stripping. Staff was great-I got a couple of quotes and Ezra's was the most thorough estimate. He took the time to explain the whole process and they sent updates on my vehicle 2twice a week which I appreciated.
