Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about navigating the myriad of systems, but he was a pleasure to work with. You expect that dealing with car repairs would be a negative experience, but his expertise and demeanor left me feeling great about the entire interaction. I know there are many options in our area for repair, but I will definitely be recommending this location because of Joseph and the confidence he inspires about the process. I can only say that the service was excellent. The General Manager, Chris, was very cordial, professional, understanding towards my issue and quickly resolved it. I knew that my car was not safe to drive and he saw to it that my car and the safety of other drivers was no longer an issue for me. My 2024 Explorer was damaged in a accident, Gerber handle the repair and we couldn't be more satisfied. Gerber's staff kept us informed along the way and when the car was ready it looked like it was fresh off the showroom floor. Communication was outstanding, we either received texts or phone calls keeping us advised of the progress. We highly recommend Gerber!

They were honest, professional and their main priority was to make sure I left there 100% happy. Also, the lady at the front desk was very kind and professional.
