Great communication throughout the process! Everything was done in a timely fashion, and if I had to say, it was a little bit earlier than expected, which is a great feeling to have your vehicle back! The repairs came out great, and there were no issues. I would use Gerber collision again at the Crystal Lake location and also recommend this location for the communication and quality of work.

I had some minor paint damage to the rear passenger door of my car. The damaged area was buffed out and now looks like brand new. Everyone at Gerber were very nice and professional. Amy B. I had an unfortunate accident with my brand new Honda Pilot that I had for less than a day. The damaged was self inflicted operator error as I activated the liftgate to open when the vehicle was in my garage with the garage door closed and it scraped the paint down to the bare metal in a small area. I took it to Gerber based on a referral from the sales rep at the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. The color on my vehicle is Sonic Gray Pearl and was worried it would be difficult to match as the whole lower portion of the liftgate would need to be repainted. I could not be happier with the service I received from the store manager Posh and the finished product. It looks like it did when I took delivery from the factory!
