The team at Gerber Collision's Elmhurst shop are phenomenal. Estimator Dominic was efficient, professional and just nice. We dropped our Honda Pilot off on Wednesday 5/21. We walked through the damage and he explained what they would be repairing and what would be replaced, subject to a teardown. We received our estimate within an hour of dropping it off. He told us that he would have a good estimate on when it would be ready for pick up after his technicians completed the teardown. We got the call a day later telling us they were targeting Wednesday 6/04. Throughout the repair Dominic kept us informed via next text updates. I had a couple of questions and he responded promptly. On Thursday 5/29 Dominic texted us that they might have our Honda early, possibly Saturday 5/31. Later on on Friday Dominic called to confirm we could pick up our ... Honday Saturday after 11:30 AM. When we showed up, our Honda was ready looking brand new. They washed it and vacuum-cleaned the inside. Wow, it was spotless. The quality of the repairs was perfect. The fit and finish of everything was perfect. Hats off to Dominic and his team of technicians and painters. Well done! read more

The work and communication were impeccable. Emily was great and explained everything and answered all my questions. They even cut me a break and saved me over $800 on the repairs that were needed and fixed some things that weren't even part of the damage in question. Great work, friendly service, and good people.
