To start, the young lady working the front desk is excellent. Quick, efficient, and beyond helpful. Makes the rental situation easy, paperwork was a breeze. Next was my mechanic who repaired my truck. His name is Alejandro. Incredible communication. Updates me every tuesday and thursday. He was fantastic. I would recommend this shop 100/100 if you ask me they have a customer for life in me.

There was an attempted theft on my Kia Soul. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and Glass to do my repairs. There was great communication on the progress of my vehicle and they finished on time and went above and beyond my expectations. They dropped off my vehicle and returned my rental for me too. They explained everything that was repaired and replaced and they even put my new seat cover on for me that I could not do myself. My car was detailed and immaculate. They made me feel so much better about the bad situation. I am so happy with the service they provided. Such nice people too.

Props to Angel G. After excellent collision repair work was done by Gerber Kenzie on our Honda CRV, my wife sitting Sun I noticed that when we drove into the setting sun, small white spots appeared all over the windshield. We assumed that during the collision repair some sort of spray had gotten on our windshield, so we took the car back to Gerber, and Angel dropped what he was doing to attend almost immediately to the spots. He worked vigorously, trying to get them off, and told us to test the car at the next sunset. We did that, and unfortunately the spots were still there. Even though Angel and I suspected strongly that the flaws were within the windshield and not the result of Gerber's collision repair, he once again worked immediately and vigorously to see if he couldn't get the spots out.
