I entered the Oak lawn Il. location and the receptionist was so welcoming. (Crystal). Waited around for maybe 30 min, for a Service Rep. When he came out (BILL). He was sooooo helpful with the minor bumper damage I had experienced the day before....5star rate!!!!!!.Thank you guys

From the time I entered Gerber Collision & Glass I was treated very well. There was minimal wait time for Bill to do the estimate and Crystal was very informative, helpful and professional. Bill took me out to my car and explained everything to me and said it shouldn't take long to complete the job. I would recommend Gerber to all family and friends and felt better about the damage to my vehicle after I left. Thank you so very much Bill and Crystal!!

All of the associates were extremely friendly and helpful! I didn't have to wait long at all to check the car in, and especially didn't have to wait long to pick the car up. They also made sure to tell me not to wash the car for a certain period of time to make sure the paint wasn't ruined. 5 Stars for the crew here! Thanks again! Will refer all friends and family to this location!

Did a great job repairing my vehicle after being in a MVA. Crystal and Bill were very helpful with keeping me updated on the status of the work and explained everything that was done. Would not hesitate to go to Gerber again if I needed repairs. Loving their "Guaranteed For Life" policy " .

I have had repairs done on my car in the past, but this has been the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was efficient, helpful and nice. I got texts on the progress of my car along with twice a week calls. When we picked up the call the gentlemen went through what was fixed and was very thorough with everything. I will definitely let other know of Gerber Collision & Glass.
