Staff was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. It was very upsetting to have gone through a car accident and I never thought I'd have to deal with any of this, but their staff handled everything with great customer service and frequent follow ups. Gerber truley took great care of me though this trying process and accomplished impeccable work in replacing the damage done to my car. I would gladly refer this gerber location to anyone.
