My experience was seamless. My adjuster was Mel, and I found him to be very kind, understanding and willing to answer any questions which I asked. I apologize for not remembering the office lady's name. She was so extremely patient as I worked with my bank to accept my transaction. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.

I was unable to access the text link to give feedback so I am giving it here: The repair work appears to be good quality. The customer service was excellent. The shop kept me adequately informed during the repair process. The vehicle was ready when it was promised. Thus far I have not had to return my vehicle for unscheduled rework due to an oversight or dissatisfaction. I would recommend the shop to a friend or family member. The Staff was very professional and had good communication skills. I would rate overall as a 10.

I am very pleased with the work and service I received and would highly recommend this location to all I know, for future repairs. They even washed my car before I picked it up! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From Cheryl at the front desk to JT, who constantly kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle's restoration. For an auto owner whose vehicle required the services of Gerber, and utilizing an auto rental, the worst thing in the world is not knowing how long you will have to be paying for the rental. Being kept up to date on the repairs was a great stress reliever. I thank Gerber and its entire staff for the stellar service I received.

I had been to this location when it was Wright Brother's Collision with my other vehicle. Now that it is Gerber Glass and Collision I was very pleased with the service I received, a little bit surprised at my vehicle when I came to pick it up, it looked brand new, the paint job was AWESOME !!! My adjuster Crystal and the GM Stephon were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We will bring all four cars here for any service we need in the future.

I was beyond hope of being able to get my car repaired in my budget, but I was referred to them and they told me they would do what they could to get me driving again, and they did!
