Quentin was great at explaining the process to me and answering my questions. He listened to my concerns regarding alignment. He also clearly explained the rental car process and how to get to the rental place. Everyone was very kind at the location. They went above and beyond in detailing and washing my car after which I didn't expect but greatly appreciated. It is like there was never damage. It was a smooth and easy process. They made a stressful situation way less stressful.
