Kudos to: Progressive and our rep Selina. Deer hit damage to the van on Fri Dec 26. Progressive got us a rental vehicle the same day. Very Fast contact from Gerber Collision & Glass in Rockford this morning. Kudos To Gerber! Gerber contacted us this morning and picked up the van within an hour of initial contact. Dakota A.and staff were very professional And compassionate. They made sure I had a rental car before leaving there collision shop. Gerber Collision makes sure the customers are well taken care of. They keep the customers updated on the progress of their vehicle. When you enter Gerber at 2828 Apple Ave. in Muskegon, Mi. You are greeted with a smile that means a lot to customers. Thank you Gerber I am satisfied with your customer service. My car looks GREAT I'm happy

super friendly. Receptionist was very polite and quick with all the necessary information and paperwork. Rob, the adjuster was very thorough with the pics of the damage and was very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be done. Very easy to talk to - friendly. First time I taken a vehicle in for collision work. Gerber made it easy for me. I expected a quite longer period to the repair but it was all done in a week. Will use them again for future repairs

I find it so rare to work with a company that actually delivers what they promise and does it well. Gerber was absolutely outstanding. Staff were capable, professional, caring, and followed up constantly on progress. The work was beautifully done. Clearly the manager is fully committed to a service-oriented culture, exemplified by every team member I met. I hope to never have to use them again (i.e., no more collisions) but would immediately contact them. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Outstanding experience in all ways.
