Outstanding end-to-end service! I was able to get the appointment for the estimate literally the next day I reported the claim with Allstate, even though they were super busy. Brian (the technician who assisted me) showed great attention to detail; he answered all my questions, explaining what was going to be done and why, as well as the options. He then explained the (detailed) documentation to me, as I received it. While the car was being serviced, I received text updates TWICE a week, giving me an estimate for completion timeframe. In the end, the car was done one day earlier! And was spotless I may add: they even cleaned the interior mats. In short: this is textbook excellent customer service. Many thanks!

I was very impressed with the service I received from the Apple Ave location in Muskegon Mi. Once I received my estimate I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner, and work was done on my vehicle right away as soon as I dropped it off. It was even completed ahead of schedule. They coordinated with Enterprise to get my rental car making that process hassle free for me. Thanks Dakota for being there from beginning to end, and for keeping me updated throughout the process. Big thanks to everyone who works there for a job well done! I highly recommend them!

During my shift the apartment shuttle developed a door jam witch caused an alarm to go off rendering the shuttle unsafe to drive I took it to Gerber Collision explained the situation and they immediately came out and worked on it until it was safely secured again Their quick response got me back on the road within the hour transporting the University of Michigan students to their classes on campus Without their help the shuttle could have been out of service for days instead of minutes On behalf of me and my students! Thanks Guys
