(my auto ins. is AAA but I didn't see it listed) I came to Gerber because it was recommended by AAA and I was nervous about going there because I was used to a different auto repair shop. I was extremely, A++ happy with my service. My estimator, Bill, was thorough, friendly, professional and supportive. He kept in touch with me and delivered on his promise to take care of every tiny detail that my car repairs required, even the little extras like buffing out black smudges, polishing the front bumper and door handle wells, and treating one small spot of rust on a door panel. The car looks amazing...even my husband was impressed. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Awesome service and staff! :-)

Fasr and custom service that is hard to find today. Jeep was repaired like new, spotless on the outside and detailed on the inside. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants expert repairs and custom service like the old days. Friendly employees and polite service make it 5-stars++

I had to bring in a company car for some body work. The shop was very busy but I didn't have to wait very long. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. We picked up our car in a few days at a reasonable price.

We needed some body work for our company car. The entire process from estimate, to dropping the car off for the work to picking up the car was beyond our expectations. Very friendly staff both on the phone and in person. The work was completed so well that we can't even tell where is was originally damaged. I will definitely recommend Gerber and the Palatine office for any similar work.

This is the second time I've used this location for collision repairs. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and make the entire process incredibly easy. Great service. They had my car ready two days before the estimated date. I also like the updates via text message. Its a great way of know what is going on with my car. The only thing I would suggest is to give a small bottle of paint for touch ups....
