I'm back in my car faster than the completion date given to me , That made me very happy . The great work done to my car made me even more satisfied . Great job done by my estimator Jesus D kept his word on the quality Gerber was going to do on my car. Looks great feels as if I'm in a new car now if only I can clean up the other side . Gerber Collision you have a great staff from the front office, estimator and technicians. I will always bring my vehicle to this location . Someone hit my daughter, Deja J. and this is where their insurance company recommended I take my car... From the 1st telephone call w/Brooke, to the day I took my car in JoAnne and when I met my estimator Jose R (OUTSTANDING GUY)... Top Notch customer service straight across the board. So pleased to have our car back, and to find that it has been washed and completely cleaned. The people were great to deal with, especially Nick L., who did a nice job of explaining the work that was done. I was kept informed of their progress almost daily. Everyone at the shop was excellent. June was pleasant and explained everything, reassuring me that my vehicle was in good hands. I received text message updates on my car and the estimated completion date. I was surprised when the car was done early, and could not have been happier with the work that was done. When the car was returned not only had the body work been completed to look like new, but the interior of the car looked as if it had been detailed. I will never go anywhere else for my repairs. Thanks.
