I've had the pleasure of working with Scott B. and his team on two different auto repairs on our vehicles. On both occasions the work was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I always felt they repaired the vehicles as if it were their own! In one case I needed a rental car and this was also coordinated seamlessly with my insurance and Enterprise. I have recommended Gerber Collision of Mundelein to many of many friends and co-workers who have had a need for collision repair and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again if needed. Keep up the good work!

They did a great job on the repair and paint and they did the work the way I wanted it done. I had a bumper repaired on a Monte Carlo I used to own and they did not take bumper off they did not even paint the whole bumper like I asked. I will use this repair shop again if I need something repaired........Thank You

This is a Wow, Wow, Wow on my recent service. Due to a mix up, there was no record of my quote or work order when I arrived. June Heiderman immediately took charge to rectify the problem. She organized the staff to provide a quote and then expedited the repair. The work was competed in less than two days. Everyone extended themselves in this effort. You couldn't have a better face for the organization than June. She is always friendly and courteous. I'm a repeat customer due to the quality work, on time delivery and pleasure in dealing with June. I couldn't be happier and will be a loyal customer plus recommend this organization to anyone seeking my advice.

My wife's CRV was rear ended and banged up pretty good. We took it to Gerber Collision upon a family recommendation and we could not be happier with the results. The CRV is a few years old and has been through some rough Chicago winters and of course Chicago's amazingly well maintained roads. I expected the damage to be repaired on the vehicle but they went above and beyond. The vehicle was returned in mint condition, all repairs made, inside and outside of vehicle completely cleaned and was spotless inside and out. Just an awesome job and we highly recommend Gerber Collision.

The service I received at gerber was AWESOME! The employees were extremely friendly and very attentive (Mellssa, the receptionist and Bill( N., the General Manager.) I am very pleased with my car repairs. I would definately recommend them to family and friends. I wish more companies would provide such great customer service.

Gerber was excellent while they worked on my car. They always kept me updated about the status of my car. If they did not send me an e-mail they called me to let me know what was going on with my car. They were very helpful and kind during the process. It would recommend them to anyone.

I have stopped at this location for small problems or advice a few times. And each time your staff have been of great help. Especially Alex who took care of my problem each time. One hopes he never needs a repair service, but if you do I recommend Gerber and especially the Matteson location.
