I want to commend several of the employees, including the manager, at this Chicago location. Your employees went far above and beyond simple good service. Chris, Dave and Joe all provided me with excellent service delivered with competence and good humor. Among other things, they paid for a taxi ride back to my home on a terribly hot day; they did not want me to have to wait for a bus. One employee stopped at my home on his way back to work after an errand; he checked my vehicle to confirm the problem. On a third occasion, the manager and Joe picked up my vehicle , did the necessary work and returned the car to me. Being a senior citizen and a widowed female, I am often discounted by tradespeople, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was treated with dignity and respect by your employees. Great service and communication. Brought my car in late weds and rcvd a text early Friday morning my car was ready. Looked great! Great service with rental car and helping me communicate with them and having my car picked up at Gerber. Will for sure refer all my friends to Gerber for future car needs

I had a minor mishap where I scraped the bumper and a small part of the fender on my car. I brought it in for an estimate and was given 2 different options (buff only or buff and repaint). Being an older car, I decided to buff only and was quoted a very reasonable price. When I brought the car in, they buffed it within about 10 minutes of my arrival and it looked perfect! Then, they waived the cost of the repair since it had not taken much time! I couldn't believe how nice they were and how this was such positive customer service! They were great to work with! I will hopefully not need body work on my car for a long time, but if I do, I would definitely bring it back to this location! Thanks so much to the people who work at the Buffalo Grove Gerber!!

I had my car repaired July 17. I was leaving town and they had no problem keeping my car until my return. They kept me informed of the progress and I really appreciated that. Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating , professional and very nice. My car looks great. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside. What a pleasant surprise! It was a pleasure doing business with Gerber.

Ask for Ken C. by name. He's a professional. As for the metal shop guys that remove dents? Amazing. Took an awkward debt and had it 100% in <60 min. Would go again and recommend.

Cannot believe how incredible my experience has been with the team at DesPlaines, especially Cory. He quickly turned a very negative experience of crashing my car into a completely memorable service experience. I have shared with colleagues and will continue to do so as long as someone listens. I had to bring my care in for repairs after being sideswiped. The team at Gerber was phenomenal! I was preparing myself for a lot of frustration and hassles, and was so pleased to find that Gerber was exceptional to work with and exceeded my expectations at every turn. They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental company so I didn't have to. I thought I would be in a rental car for a week and Gerber had my repairs done in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend Gerber for any auto body repairs.
