I want to say that I was extremely happy with the overall service I received at your Downers Grove location. It started with Anna at your front desk who made the paperwork easy to navigate and explaining the whole process. The interfacing with Jason was terrific. He worked very hard at the coordination of the work and I appreciated the follow up calls for status. Anna and Jason did fantastic jobs in every aspect of this experience as well as everyone else I was in contact with on your staff. The experience was PAINLESS!!!

These people were fabulous from the first time I showed up to when my car was done. I came there on recommendation from a friend who had work done. I originally went to my dealer and they seemed to not want my business and wanted to charge me for an estimate! They were super professional and polite the whole time. Kelly, Drew and Jesus are the reason to bring your vehicle there. They did a fabulous job on my vehicle and cleaned it inside and out! I definitely will recommend this shop.

Gerber did an awesome job on my auto body repair. Cory went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly and that I was happy. He even made sure I got OEM parts!! Cory was very professional and kept me informed about my vehicle. They even completed the work on my car sooner than expected! I was very pleased with Gerber and I will go there again for any future auto repair needs and I will recommened them to my friends.
