I was extremely pleased with the repairs to my windshield, sun roof and the damage caused by hail to my car. Scott was excellent at keeping me informed of what was being done. Enoch was also helpful. Everyone from the gal at the front desk to management was very professional. Thank you one and all.

I am 72 years old and have had a variety of cars since I was 16. I have not had a lot of reasons to take a car to a body shop, however this was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a body shop. The customer service is impeccable. The entire experience was amazing. My daughter hit the back bumper and back light cover, both needed to be replaced. Gerber gave me a free rental while the car was being repaired. I took the car in on monday morning and was very surprised when they called me the very next day to let me know my car was finished. I went to pick it up and was ver;y surprised to see my car....it looked Brand New! I have not had such a wonderful experience in all my years! I highly recommend Gerber! No other body shop has such great customer service, quick turn around and great work! I am extremely happy!

They made sure I had a car while my car was being repaired and to my surprise my car was detailed when I picked it up, huge bonus for me, THANK YOU! My insurance company is Country Financial but I didn't see it in your drop down list

My had been in a front end collision and the damage was misleading as to what was all i volved to bring it back to like new condition. I trusted no one other than Gerber Collision to make it right. They had kept me informed on the progress of my car as it progressed through the process of getting repaired. The mechanic Jason G had done an outstanding job of getting me an accurate quote of cost of repairs. Didn't cut corners nor let anything slide that was slightly damaged to assure structural and cosmetic integrity. They were honest and had my car back on the promised date. Could not tell anything had happened to it. Top notch workmanship and will always bring my business back for any unfortunate furture repairs.

I went to Gerber for an estimate on some minor body damage. Robert, my technician, said that if I had a few minutes he could repair it while I waited. To my surprise he returned 20 minutes later; repair was completed, some scratches were buffed out and car was lightly washed, all at no cost. Robert was wonderful as was my total experience at Gerber.
