Raul and the staff was great! My car looks great, was cleaned up and Raul buffed out a small spot on my car. I asked him to do it with full intentions of paying, but he just did it at no charge. Yes, it was a small buff job, but that is great customer service. I won't use anyone else for as long as I live here.

The customer service at Gerber was awesome! They were very polite and considerate. My van was finished a couple days before they estimated and they sent texts daily to update me on the status. I've never had a repair place treat me so nicely. They even buffed out a few scuffs that weren't part of the accident. Thanks Gerber for making it easy! I will return if needed and recommend you to others.

I totally recommend Gerber!! I should have written a review before because they have serviced my cars a few times already.. Great customer service and they keep you informed on your car. I had Luis as my estimator and he was super nice. They will always be my go to spot if I ever need repairs.
