The receptionist handled all extremely well, the service writer and estimator was knowledgeable and efficient and took care to explain everything to me, and the manager was both helpful and customer oriented to be certain I was a pleased customer, which I am. I want to say it was so nice of Jason, Estimator who recently helped me with a sensor for my door since I jammed my seat belt and the the door was malfunctioning. Since I was a former customer he went beyond the call of duty. Very professional. Thanks again !!

First time using Gerber Collision & Glass and was amazed by their professionalism and turnaround time. Jason provided a very reasonable estimate for some body work that I needed to have done and was able to buff out a small scratch on the driver side door at no additional charge. They anticipated the repairs would take 3 days, but I received a call that afternoon and they were able to finish up the body work in just 1 day! It was a very pleasant surprise and overall great experience.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service and repairs that this agency has provided me.I was assigned a personal representative who kept me up to date on the progress of my repairs. His name was Christian and if anyone is interested in GREAT Customer Service ask for Christian.His knowledge,kindness and thoroughness to the detail of my repairs was excellent.I picked my car up yesterday after over $12,000.00 in damage and you cant even tell it was hit.They worked closely with State Farm to get the needed parts and they even worked with Enterprise which is located right next door to getting me a vehicle.I would highly recommend Gerber and their staff to anyone who needs collision or repair work done to their vehicle.

I rarely take the time to provide feedback or submit comments but the service I received, from Jason C., was so outstanding I decided to take the time. I had been to Gerber before for insurance related repairs but this was my first "customer pay" experience. While I expected to have to defend against the "full service" quote where everything would be fixed but at a correspondingly high price, Jason instead and knowing the vehicles age, helped me get a minimum but acceptable amount of work done at a minimal price - he showed great integrity throughout the process. Because of Jason, I will be back!
