I was again in need of Gerber Collision because I damaged my spoiler on my Lincoln MKT . I wrote a review previously about Gerber, praising them for the excellence of their work on a collision that I was involved in with my car.A few days later I forgot to close my lift gate when entering my garage and tore it off.I called Krystian my Gerber estimator and he said come in anytime and he would find the part I needed.He not only accomplished this in 1 day but it was installed within 2 days. I cannot praise Krystian and Gerber enough for the excellent customer service that they provide.

Definitely would recommend. The people here are the nicest ever. Although I went in for a minor problem the people were kind, well informed and generally pleasant. I just had the most positive experience . June is the person to see when you get there and Dave did an excellent job repairing my car. I will definitely go back there if I ever need any body repair on my car.

We made an appointment to get an estimate for fixing some minor damage on the fender of our new Ford Fusion. Scott met us at the appointed time (no waiting). When he looked at it he told us it was surface damage. He buffed out the black scrapes and it looks like new again--and there was no charge. This was fantastic since we had also taken our car to another auto repair shop in Mundelein that morning and they quoted us $700 to make the repairs. Gerber saved us hundreds!!!

Great people to work with. Matt, the manager, went out of his way to make sure I understood everything. Kevin did the original estimate and explained everything to me. Darryl went over the repairs with me and answered all my questions. They did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to everyone that needed a repair on their car.
