Bill was such a great help, he kept in contact with me through the entire process. I needed my car back at a certain time and he delivered that. Whenever I called to check up on my car he was never irritated or sounded as if I was wasting his time. He always kept a friendly pleasant voice when approaching any question that was thrown to him by myself. I never not felt uncomfortable leaving my car there because his reassurance definitely made me feel safe. He was the best in all aspects and I do believe he has done his job and beyond in satisfying me as the customer. I will refer others to your company at this particular site because the staff there is great. Again Bill was great beyond words!

I am amazed at the outstanding service I have received at Gerber. The staff is young and energetic, well-mannered and well-informed, and very professional. I get the sense that this may be the first or second job for many of the staff members yet they all handle themselves and their business with tip-top professionalism. When I picked up my car today, the front desk attendant was aware of what service had been done, the staff member who oversaw the work quickly showed up to accompany me to my car, and when I got to my car - out of nowhere appeared the staff member I had originally dealt with when I checked in. The employees at this site are A+ , work well together, and make the entire customer satisfaction experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

I don't typically write reviews, but today I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided to me. At approximately 10:00 a.m. a colleague of yours by the name of Chris came out to my office at 1 Commerce Drive in Schaumburg. He was professional and had a pleasant demeanor. My chip was repaired in only 15 minutes and he also fixed some displaced molding on my window. Just wanted to give a special thanks and recognize this man for his performance.

fast friendly service car fixed in 1 day other quote I had was way higher priced so happy when I got car, they washed it, cleaned and vacuumed inside, cleaned windows, what a nice bonus surprise will WRECK-ommend to anyone I know that needs their type of service

Great Service! Car had hail damage all over. Gerber Collision and Glass did an excellent job repairing the hail damage. No dents are noticeable after the repairs. They did a good job with the paint job as well. The technicians were very friendly and informative. I will be taking my wive's car for hail damage repairs as well.
