Deena is excellent and has great customer service skills. She was extremely pleasant to work with and I appreciate how concerned she is about the satisfaction of her customers. Overall Gerber did a very good job repairing my car and I have no complaints about their work.

5 Stars. Paul P. did a great job at estimating the cost of my repairs, estimating the time required to complete the work, keeping me informed of the progress, and assuring that the job was completed properly. The car looked like new when the job was done.

I was involved in a collision and went to Gerber. They were wonderful. They were able to do the work, accommodating my schedule. The car looked brand new and the detail job on the interior was spotless. I highly recommend Gerber.

This was the second time that I've had the pleasure of working with William to service my vehicle. He's always very polite, thorough, and has excellent customer service skills. Because of the experience, I have recommended Gerber to others.
