With one day off out of 12, I was blown away that Gerber was able to complete repairs in less than 8 hours when I was originally told it would be 3-4 days. I still don't know how they did it but the car looks phenomenal, even the inside was detailed when I picked it up. If there were 10 stars to give they definitely earned it!

My car had been scraped from the front bumper to the back end of the car.. I took my car to Gerber collision (which I have used previously with positive results) for an estimate..Rachel and Amanda took care of me...went over the car thoroughly..and actually rubbed out 99.9% of the damage ??...by them being honest and showing the damage was superficial was a huge relief ??...cannot say enough about the care and professionalism Rachel and Amanda extended to me!!! I have used this location for a number of body/paint damages on several different cars over the past ten years. Always been very pleased. Today I took a new car in that had paint streaks on the front bumper from clipping the garage door trim. Gerber Buffalo Grove was able to buff out the paint streaks while I waited. You folks are awesome! I will certainly return for any future body repair work.

This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been serviced at this location. My repairs were being completed during the recent 2015 Thanksgiving holiday season and there were some initial mis-understanding as to when the repairs would be done and my vehicle ready for pick-up. Thanks to Jim G., Estimator, what could have turned out to be an unpleasant/anxious experience turned around to be just the opposite! Mr. G. kept me informed and even went the extra mile to contact me when he noticed that my car was still in the center's parking lot although it had been completed a couple of days prior. Mr G. picked me up from my home since I did not have access to transportation having returned my rental earlier in the week. In conclusion, due to the personal/patient service I received from Mr. G. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional from the moment I called to report my claim to the moment I picked up my minivan. It looks brand new and I especially liked how they explained how to car for the car for the first couple months due to the paint job, good to know.
