I was awed by the professionalism of the entire experience. The estimator Bill G. was absolutely pleasant to deal with. The appointment was made and my car was ready actually before the promise date! I have been in the automotive field for over 45 years and am so glad that there are still people in the industry that really care about the customer. This was definitely a positive experience. I can not say enough good things about this company. Jessica is a customer service queen and the men behind the curtain are just as awesome with the amazing repairs on my Mazda. The entire team over there went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as they could. They have made a customer for life over here and I will recommend anyone I know to go to not only Gerber but the Round Lake location especially, Im sure they are all great but Jessica and Tim really made me feel like a valued customer.
