We were so pleased with their estimate and the work they did. It was done in one day, so we did not have to rent the car for longer than that. They tried to accommodate us and did a really nice job. Everyone was so helpful.

The team at the Schaumburg location made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. They explained the repair process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I received regular updates on the progress of my car and it was actually completed ahead of schedule. Thank you for treating me like a human and making me feel like my car was important to you too. I will definitely return to Gerber if I have any collision repair needs.

I made a complaint to Gerber about a problem. The response was swift and courteous. The problem was rectified to my complete satisfaction. Gerber has an excellent customer service support system that other companies should follow. If necessary, I will use them again.
