Mike L. and he crew are the best. They keep you updated. They are extremely friendly and it is very obvious the customers come first. Mike even gave me his cell phone number should I have any problem. They walked out with me, shook hands and thanked me for using Gerber. They are the friendliness group of guys. I definitely would go back to Gerber.

I made a complaint to Gerber about a problem. The response was swift and courteous. The problem was rectified to my complete satisfaction. Gerber has an excellent customer service support system that other companies should follow. If necessary, I will use them again.

After an initial negative experience with some customer service issues, I was promptly contacted by the general manager, Don H. He went far above and beyond in fixing the issues as well as my vehicle. The work on the vehicle was excellent, and done in a timely manner. Don really made me feel like a valued customer, and I greatly appreciate his assistance. I would gladly return in the future...
