I recently had a car accident in which I was hit from behind and my bumper needed to be replaced. The quality of service over exceeded my expectation. I dropped of the car on a Wednesday night and it was ready for pick up by 2PM the next day. Didn't even take them 24 hours to finish the job. I even received phone calls updating me on the repairs. I was a little worried at first regarding the quality of work due to the turn around time, but to my surprise top quality work. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks for all your hard work.

Used your collision repair service for my BMW. The technical and professionalism of the staff was beyond my expectations! What was spectacular was the responsiveness of the team at Gerber. I was texted and telephoned regularly from the day I brought my car in for repair until I picked it up when it was completed. Chris, the appraiser, followed the work from day to day and reported back to me, keeping me informed on the progress and the completion expected date. It was reassuring to know that the work was progressing and gave me a sense of comfort, knowing my car was being given the professional attention I hoped for. Thank you for doing a wonderful job of repair and, more importantly, a wonderful sense of knowing I had brought my car to the right people.

Just picked up my vehicle and still surprised by the service. Jason, Louis, Anna and others were incredible. There is too much to say about the service, but I wanted to say thank you. I wish you were in a different business so I could use you more frequently. I teach college business classes and consult with companies. You can be sure that I will be raving about your service. Such a wonderful surprise considering how disappointing business can sometimes be these days. Anna walked me to my car and I had to stop to collect my thoughts I was so surprised. There was another couple there very happy with service, so it mustn't just be me. Thanks for being great folks and a great company. Incredible.

Car was ready in one day instead of 3. It was expertly done and cleaned. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The rental company was called and arrived promptly. I would highly recommend Gerber at this location. Work was completed on my car in one day instead of 3. Car was perfectly done and cleaned. They contacted the car rental and arranged for a pickup - they were waiting when I arrived. so I did not have to miss my meeting. The entire staff were professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Gerber at this location to family and friends.

IThismorning I was looking for an Auto repair shop just to install a front grill for my car. I was recommended to go to Getber Collision & Glass and to talk to Matt. So I walk in and ask a young lady in the reception area firMatt. Matt came in and greeted me . I ask him if he can install the grill and how much. He ask for my keys and told me to stay inside. He went out there in the cold and without hesitation he installed it . Afterwards I ask him how much are the charges and he said nothing. I ask him again , are you serious? He said yes . What a wonderful man and a gentleman Matt is , first of all to go out there on a cold and installed the grill . It is really good to know that there's still a wonderful man left out there. I recently had collision repair done on my vehicle and the staff at the Loves Park IL location was fantastic. I was treated like a priority not like a job that had to be done. My car looked great after the repairs were completed. Not only was the exterior of the car washed, the interior was spiffed up. Thank you so much

I have had repairs done at this location before and as before the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. The repair to my passenger side outside mirror was done promptly and correctly. The paint on the new mirror matched the paint of my car's exterior perfectly. Great service from start to finish! Denise and Jessica handled all of the estimate, insurance and car rental details. Repair was completed earlier than the 3 days it was scheduled for. When I picked up my car, it was clean and detailed. Matt did a great job of explaining the repair and warranty. Thank you for making the repair process an easy experience!
