Mario was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was rear-ended and had some difficulties with getting the repairs approved by the other driver's insurance company, however Mario was there and assisted in making everything go smoothly. He was very professional and helpful every step of the way. The repairs themselves look great, my SUV looks brand new.

The team did a great job of repairing our Honda Accord and addressed some scratches in a separate work order that they did not fully charge me for (as they indicated the buffing did not fully resolve the scratches) but made improvements. I appreciated the candid information and still felt the scratches were much less visible. They took the time to address anything they could and repair team spoke with me.
