IL - 13433 Southwest Hwy, Orland Park - 8/22/16

Very efficient and courteous from the tow to the pick up which was at the 300 Washington La grange, Il location (fixed at the Orland park location). Everything went very smooth. Only I did not get an actual phone call when the car was ready, but rather a text that I didn't get to respond to till Saturday and you were closed. Again, very happy with the service.

I was in an accident and I was told to bring my car to this Gerber by the other persons insurance, I won't say which one it was but it started with an E and ended with "surence". So I brought my car here and Jason did the quote and he was super nice and professional. It took about 8 days to do the work and they kept me informed where they were with it the whole time. When I went to pick up my car Stephanie was at the front desk to help me, when she called the other persons insurance they said that they "never accepted liability" even though they okayed the work to be done and the payment for it. Well at this point I could have been screwed and have to pay for it myself except that Stephanie refused to let that happen. She stayed on the phone until they let her speak to a supervisor and wouldn't stop until they agreed ... to pay. I had to leave while they figured it all out but Stephanie, Amanda and Megan all helped immensely and were super friendly! The next day enterprise called me to tell me that the other insurance refused to pay for the rental car, when I called Gerber Stephanie let me know that Gerber itself opted to pay for the rental! That's amazing! The service here really is amazing! And besides all of that all the work done was perfect! I am really glad that I was sent here and would definitely use their service again, I really appreciate all they've done for me!! read more

I just did some minor damage to my elderly mother's new car and Gerber just helped me out within minutes to repair it. This help has saved me from a major family issue and I am returning to this shop to get more serious damage done to my car. I am the most grateful new customer you will ever have. Especially Teresa on the front desk was especially helpful to me when I was really upset. Jesse said I would probably get the car by Friday night and he called my cell # and reached me in time to do a pickup before they closed. I was grateful for the Volvo back because of recent back surgery. Volvo is much more comfortable than a Jeep from Enterprise. Teresa sent the rental car company notice that the rental car was ready for return and I gave her the keys and she took care of it. Such a deal.

This truly is 5 Star service. I went in on a Tuesday for body work and wanted the car Friday. Dina, the estimator explained all the steps that had to be done would take them until Monday. I just said do the best you can. There was a deep mark from "keying vandalism, unrelated to the accident. I had received an estimate from somewhere else and didn't want to spend the extra money. Dina actually called twice to update me with the progress on the car. She then asked if I wanted to fix the Keying scratch and quoted a lower price. I said go ahead. /dina called again to tell me that the car would be ready Friday night. - THIS is how a professional business should be run! Dina made the difference.
