David H. and his team are just awesome. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Fast, professional and awesome. This location is the only team that will do my collision and glass repairs on my vehicle. They kept me in the loop with every step and gave me a detailed run down on their processes. Great work team!

I was very satisfied with the customer care provided to me by Jorge al the way from the beginning to the end of the repairs. Always informing me of what would be done to my vehicle on the small repairs. My best grades for this shop and the people that helped- I apologize for the consusion when I did the other survey and mixed up my grades backwards due to my language barrier. The work done on my 2015 Chevy Equinox was beyond what I expected. I dropped my SUV off on Monday and the repairs were completed days before expected. The estimated repair time was 7 days but it was completed in 2 days. Jorge G. was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed about my vehicle everyday. Jorge went above and beyond what I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back if I need anyone more repairs in the future and recommend my friends and family to the facility.

I just picked up my car from Gerber/Melrose and I am VERY impressed with how great my car looks and the service I received. Jessica was very friendly and Uriel too he kept me informed. They went above and beyond by dropping me off at home and picking me up once the car was ready. I will HIGHLY recommend Gerber/Melrose and let my insurance company USAA know too. 10+++ Excellent! My car looks new again.

I picked up my car yesterday, and it was ready a week ahead of schedule! It looks great. You would never know the car was in an accident! Gerber is super easy to work with. They worked so well with my insurance company and the car rental company. EVERYTHING was seamless and worked out great. The text updates were great! I also appreciated Joe calling me with updates. Kat in the office was a huge help as well. Thank you all for making this as painless as possible!

This was my first accident and I can genuinely say Gerber made it as pleasant of an experience as possible! The GM, Sam R, was so friendly and helpful. They not only did an exceptional job repairing the damage from the accident, but did a couple minor courtesy touch ups too! Also, I had a piece of broken furniture in my back seat that I've been meaning to fix, and Sam even gave me a call asking if I wanted them to glue it back together for me! I couldn't believe it! They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier or more impressed!
