Just want to say, "Thanks", to Juan L. for his help. I was in to get a estimate for my vehicle because someone scratch the side of my car. I asked him to see if it can be buffed out, since the car was old or it had to be painted. He took initiative to go and buffed out the section it was hit. Juan is definitely a true trooper in satisfying a customer. Definitely needs to be recognized and will be coming back here to get my car fix in the future.

Met with Amanda who knew the ins and outs of auto repair with a smile and a friendly but efficient manner..Phone calls were answered quickly and with pertinent information. The receptionist was quick to help and made the writing of the $1000.00 insurance deductible check less painful...we laughed about our hair do problems . I would recommend Gerber to anyone in need of great service....Unfortunately with my driving record i'll probably be back soon...Thank you sue anne copeland

Outstanding service and communication, Drew and Chris answered any questions I had within minutes and found ways to make things work. I had after market bumper brackets and these guys were able to modify it without breaking the bank. Turned out awesome!

It was easy to find the place of business (good signage), easy to access the site, plenty of parking. The estimator (Sean [sp - ???]) was thorough, courteous, answered all questions. The collision produced a repair estimate of less than $1,900.00. The appointment was made easily. A good working relationship with Enterprise Car Rental (Arlington Hts., IL). produced a reservation for pick up at the site the morning when work began as well as for the return of the rental car at the end. The work took one day less than anticipated. The work appears to be very well done (time will tell if the paint job holds up well). The only thing I would add is that neither of us remember Gerber employees telling us to not wash the car for a certain period of time. I am writing to recognize Jack at the above location for his quick and professional service. I visited for an estimate and Jack took a look at my car and pulled it in for what I thought was going to be my estimate. He showed me where the coffee was and asked me to take a seat. Not more than 5 minutes later, he pulled my car back outside and said he was done. He repaired my car on the spot. My thanks to Jack and his service. I will be recommending all my friends to this location.
