The service at said location is exceptional. I was there yesterday morning, May 20th for some warranty work on my 2015 Camry; I was so impressed with the quick, friendly and accommodating service provided. Michelle, the front desk person could not have been nicer; she is a valuable gem at your location. Joe, the associate tech there was accommodating, highly professional and honest. I was involved in an accident last August and the damage to my car was substantial. I cannot say enough good words about Gerber and the service I received at your Lake St location. Joe was the tech at the time and was fabulous. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with Gerber. Thank you for your professionalism, integrity, efficiency and honesty.

Dave was so nice and went above an beyond for me in my time of crisis. I woke up and got my n my car to go to work and noticed my back window was shattered. After calling and meeting with the police I drove to Gerber glass and collision and at 7:30 am Dave was the first to arrive and open the office. I told him what happened and he brought my car into the shop and vacuumed the glass out of the back seat. It looked like it was going to rain and he saw how concerned I was so he taped the window up to keep it dry until repair could be made. Dave was so nice. I have had many cars repaired here and my daughters car also. I recommend Gerber Collision to everyone. Thank you Dave
