Rick E. exceeded expectations today. I greatly appreciate the excellent workmanship evident in the repair. It took a little while to get the part, but the repair was well worth it to me. I came in to have a broken bracket replaced that held a popped out rear side panel in place. The work was taken care of as scheduled within an hour during a busy Saturday morning, and including the accurate and tight fitting attachment of the mudflap and wheel well guard. Mr. E. was consistently courteous and professional in all my encounters which made it a great experience. I will certainly recommend this Gerber location for demonstrating the willingness to honor a customer's warranty. Mr. Evans went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Great experience. Car was in the shop & being torn down within 24 hrs. Kept us updated via text & phone regularly. Took time to explain the ins & outs of the repair. Fortunately there were very few outs. Car done in a timely manner. I would recommend Gerber.
