They did great work. My car was ahead of schedule by over a week. They also waited after hours so I could pick up my car. Very nice, friendly people. Super helpful and professional. They gave my car a nice cleaning!

My beautiful new car was rear ended by a 1996 Chevy Pickup. No damage to his piece of junk but there was plenty of damage to my car. It kind of takes the fun out of owning a new car. This was my third experience with Gerber. Somebody keyed my previous car twice (it was an employee at my work). Gerber has always done a beautiful job. They make it so easy, drop the car off and Enterprise is waiting for you in the lobby. When the car is fixed, they call me to pick it up and once again, there's an Enterprise employee to return the rental. There's no other place I would go to fix damage to my car or to replace a windshield.

The absolute best and a service center I will recommend. The work was perfect. The estimator, Cruz, is a stellar employee as is the lady at the front desk. Both were a pleasure to work with.. I will mention to State Farm what a great job was done . No one should get body work done anywhere else.

Excellent service and repair work. Rick E. was especially courteous and helpful, as was Nancy at the front desk. I was constantly kept advised of the progress of the repairs. We have been going to Gerber for years at the Downers Grove location, and have always found the service and quality to be first-class.

This shop is by far the most honest collision center. I have had three cars in this shop. Two of the repairs were small scratches from door dings on new cars. Not only did they repair these scratches, they did not charge me for the repairs because they were buffed out while I waited. I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars but these people were very honest and were more worried about customer satisfaction. If you need a collision shop try these guys I guarantee you will not be disappointed or treated unfairly.

All staff are consistently friendly and efficient. Excellent workmanship on collision repair and auto body repair. Dealing with your folks in Palatine is the only good thing about a bad situation. We've been customers for decades, since before they were part of Gerber, and customer service and work have always been excellent. We wouldn't dream of going any where else.
