These guys are great! Second time I hit a deer in 6 months and took it here both times. The whole process with them was so painless. We filed a claim and Took the car in for an estimate-they ordered the parts-let us know when to bring it in and they arranged for our rental. They said it would be a couple days -and we already have the car back. Looks great too!! Definitely recommend these guys!! Thank you

Just picked up my car on Saturday and brought it in 5 weeks ago for heavy rearend body and exhaust damage was very happy with shop manager who explained to me everything that was replaced and why and also what else was involved in the whole procedure. Service was fantastic. I was kept up to date via text everyday and phone calls every 3 days with the status of the repairs. The repairs were also completed 2 days ahead of the scheduled completion date. The only problem I had was having to wait about 2 weeks to even get the vehicle in, I am not reducing the rating for this as we were still able to drive the vehicle.

I stopped at this Gerber location, because of location, close to where I live in Oak Forest. I had put a scratch on my vehicle backing out of the garage. I was sick because my vehicle was just over 2 years old. I was met at the lobby by Don H. manager of Gerber. Told him of my story we went out to look at the damage. Don explained that he could have the vehicle taken to the back puff it and touch it up and that I should wait until winter has passed and if in the Spring I would still like to have it repaired he would do an estimate for me. I agreed and my vehicle was worked on. While waiting which was less then half hour he offered me coffee, soda or water. We talked about the facility and the staff. Could not have asked for a better experience!! We dropped our Prius with all its "big, giant raccoon" damage using the overnight drop off. First thing Monday, Jessica called us with the estimate and they began work immediately. Jessica kept us updated every step of the way! Jessica did her best to keep the price reasonable for me and I really appreciate all her efforts! My car came back to me in beautiful condition!!! We will definitely come back here if we ever need body work done again!
