BSD I think y'all did a good repair job on my car. And it was ready to pick up exactly on the day you originally said it would be. I was very glad that I did not have to wait any longer for my car to be repaired. I also liked that an approved rental car location (Enterprise) was just across the street from your facility. This location was very good at continuously contacting me on the status of my vehicle when necessary. They completed the service in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks better than brand new. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone I know.

Rick E. was so polite and patient when I came in with my car. I had it fixed in 2013 and I wasn't sure if they would be able to do anything to help since it had been so long. But to my surprise, Rick was able to fix my bumper and finally give me the peace of mind I needed! Rick treated me with respect and spoke to me as an equal and never made me feel that my knowledge of cars was inadequate. I am grateful for that he was able to fix my car within 20 minutes. He even offered to back my car out so I didn't have to do it my self. Thank you, Rick, for your knowledge, kindness, and patience. I know it may sound silly but a 20 minute repair can truly impact someone's day in the most positive way.
