Nothing about my repair experience at Gerber in McHenry, IL could have been better. The staff was terrific about answering all my questions, and my body repair was done ahead of time and looks perfect. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior in front.

Service as always was excellent as it has been since 1993 or so. They are the only place any of my cars have been taken for collision repair. Rick E. kept me appraised of the status of my repair throughout my time there. Took the time to explain the cause of the problem and the solution taken. The ladies at the desk where pleasant and helpful. Friendly people who cared!

So impressed with both the people and the body work at Gerber Collision & Glass in Loves Park, IL. Michael, Ron, Melissa, and Alissa (to name only a few employees) were wonderful: approachable, ready to serve, interested in our situation, and when they said they would "deliver", they did just that...and on time. Kudos to everyone at Gerber. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends. Thanks for being there for us. I had the best experience with Mike he was so patient and so friendly! He told me that car was going to be available on the 22nd of December and it was ready by the 19!!! they are quick and easy going. I also met with Courtney and she was great she has excellent customer service! She was also very informative! I will recommend and I will def come back if I need anything major to my car!!! Thank you guys!!!!!

I have always been assisted by Raul R., both on my recent visit and other times that I've brought my car in for repair. He provides superb service/ Raul is responsive, timely, extremely courteous, and so helpful. He could be a trainer on customer service for others! Raul epitomizes Gerber's goal of WOW service (I've read the sign inside the waiting area many times!!). Please extend my thanks to him and thank you for employing Raul!

So thankful for the great customer service I received, they handled my claim effortlessly. Jessica and Crystal were great at helping navigate issues with the at fault insurance company.
