OUTSTANDING job with the repair of my car. I'm very please with the quality of work performed along with the highest level of customer care extended. I was continually informed of the status and next steps. Everyone at the facility was really nice to work with, from the front desk, to the Estimator, and the shop auto body repair people as well. The entire staff should be recognized for their excellent customer care. Thank you for remembering in a service industry that it's all about customer satisfaction. I couldn't be more please.

My Kia was rear-ended by a Sate Farm driver. State Farm recommended this Gerber location which is 5 minutes from my house. From the time of my first call to Jordan to the final pickup everything was about me and the SUV. Tom and Jordan main concern was my safety- meaning that my SUV was repaired back to Kia Specs. They were very concerned about the rear bumper and ALL hidden damage, which they found upon taking it apart and repairing it correctly. This is a BIG DEAL to me. No cheating or cutting corners. Tom even took the time to explain everything to my wife, who drive s it and understood every item Tom explained!! Give that man a Raise! Just wanted to provide positive feedback to people who have earned it. Thanks.

repairs were done well and on time. one disappointment -- I was told, as a courtesy, that they would also paint over a few small scratches on the vehicle. that was an unexpected bonus. but then it didn't happen. the scratches are still there. so while not something I had expected at first, still disappointing that it didn't get done.
