My estimator, Leah W., was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The convenience of how Gerber works with the rental service, Enterprise, allowed me to easily get in and out which proved helpful during the work week. Not only, was the entire process painless, but I was able to get my car back the next day and it looked wonderful upon arrival. The entire staff including the two ladies that sat at the front desk were extremely hospitable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be utilizing and recommending Gerber (Savannah), if needed, in the future.

I have used Gerber Collision on Abercorn in Savannah, GA on three different occasions and have been very pleased on all three visits. The office staff were friendly and helpful and always attentive to gathering my information quickly and efficiently. Ashley was always very kind and helpful and daily kept me informed of what stage my vehicle was in at the time. All of the repairs were done so well that you could not tell that there had been any prior damage. Great staff, great service and great outcome . . . and kudos to Ashley for her professional and kind service.
