I only leave feedback when service is EXCELLENT. Besides being HIT.... this experience was seamless. The folk in Douglasville were awesome. From the receptionist/office assistant checking me in and arranging my rental to Jodi Rose making sure I was kept abreast of the service. Everything happened for my good and I am so appreciative for it all. My car looks amazing and I was overwhelmed at the above and beyond service; my car was clean on both the inside and outside. Thanks for the fabulous service. I will refer others who need repairs.

I dropped my car off last weekend for repair of front bumper and hood damage. Emily, who performed my estimate, told me she would try and get it done on a Friday so I wouldn't have to worry about additional rental fees since I wouldn't be able to pick my vehicle up until the Saturday after repairs were completed. My original estimated time of completion was on Tuesday, the 3rd of July. I got a call on Thursday saying that I might be able to pick my car up on Friday. I got a call Friday morning saying that my car was out of paint and going into reassembly. I got a call later that same day that my car was ready for pickup. I went and got it this morning, and WOW! I can't even tell that it was repaired. The front end looks like it did the day I bought the vehicle. Thank you so much.

I was recommended by Allstate insurance co. They called me and I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I called Gerber back because they already had an appointment for me. When I went there they were friendly and I felt comfortable. They were professional and I felt comfortable. The office staff were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and the wait time was short. I knew I had made the right choice. Everyday I received a call from from Elizabeth A. faithfully letting me know the progress of my vehicle. This made me felt sure and comfortable my vehicle was in the right hand and they care about their customer.. They treated you with respect and like family. The repair to my car was perfect. Great work. Part of my front bumper was torn off by debris on the highway. Gerber fixed it perfectly. I had my car back in 3 days, as they had estimated, and at the cost they had estimated. The car looks better now than it did before it was damaged.
