I've had my car repaired a couple times by Gerber-Roswell and have always appreciated their work and professionalism. Today, I stopped in with our daughter's vehicle, because the driver door was rubbing very slightly against the fender. When Amanda came to take a look at it, she asked if she could have my keys to drive it back to the garage; I thought she was just going to have someone assess the situation. Less than 10 minutes later, she came back with the car - repaired! When I asked how much I owed, she wouldn't let me pay for the service (I hope that doesn't create a problem for her - believe me, she just created a major spokesperson for your company!). I really appreciate Amanda's making time to see the car and her and your mechanic's stopping to fix this problem for me. I'm officially a customer - and spokesperson - for life.
