I was recommended by Allstate insurance co. They called me and I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I called Gerber back because they already had an appointment for me. When I went there they were friendly and I felt comfortable. They were professional and I felt comfortable. The office staff were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and the wait time was short. I knew I had made the right choice. Everyday I received a call from from Elizabeth A. faithfully letting me know the progress of my vehicle. This made me felt sure and comfortable my vehicle was in the right hand and they care about their customer.. They treated you with respect and like family. The repair to my car was perfect. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my family & friends. I would recommend them to anyone. I rate them as Savannah #1 body ... shop with a high rating of 5. Great work. Part of my front bumper was torn off by debris on the highway. Gerber fixed it perfectly. I had my car back in 3 days, as they had estimated, and at the cost they had estimated. The car looks better now than it did before it was damaged.
