We had awesome customer service from Tonya, Trish and Lance. Our vehicle took about 10 days to fixed and they all communicated with me four times telling me the progress and estimated time to completion. When I picked up my vehicle it looked awesome. The work done was first class.

Hello, I am writing this review for Gary W. as I would like to personally thank him for fixing my car. I took my car to Gerber when it was under previous management after being damaged from a storm and it was never fixed properly. After I realized I had a major key issue where I could not get into my car with my key and the front of my car fender was not placed properly back on my car. I brought it in and explained the issue and Gary immediately fixed it for me. I truly appreciate him and I am extremely impressed and happy with the service I received under the new management. I will definitely recommend others to Gerber and specifically this location because of Gary. Thank you again.

Great service from Trish at the front desk, Tonya the estimator who was readily available to provide her professional knowledge about a quick estimate for repairs and Lance the general manager jumped in to ensure the complete inspection of damages would available soon. The team was expeditious to determine the damages and the communication with Trish was outstanding. Super helpful, honest and the ease to contact them made a difficult time less stressful. Highly recommend to anyone who is in this situation!

On the recommendation of a family member that has had prior work done on their vehicle, we stopped in here to get an opinion on some scratches in the driver door of our Jeep. I was not sure if it was a relatively easy buff out or if the scratches were deep enough to require a repaint. Cathy evaluated the issues immediately, and told us that it was okay, scratches were relatively minor, and would not require a repaint. She even tried herself while we waited to see if their professional grade compound would work, as the DIY products I tried did nothing, but it requred a bit more effort, (wet sand and buff) and she recommended Reid's Detailing just up the road (separate review...) but for the puropose of this review, the staff at Gerber was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
