Bethany C. was my Estimator and I can't say enough great things about her. First Bethany had to text the rental place because they were 45 minutes late picking me up for my rental. She consistently called or texted me with updates. She was very sweet and professional and took very good care of my car. Paul was also great, just conversating with him was comfortable. They made sure they made you feel important. I would recommend them for great service and workmanship. ????????????

Our Hyundai Elantra HEV had damage to the right side of the front bumper due to a retread tire being in the lane on the interstate. Gerber Collision repaired the damage on time and as estimated. The bumper looks like the original without the damage. We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of the repair and would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs auto body repairs. If needed again this is where we are going.

Since I didn't have the proper lift equipment, I brought my 2017 Mustang aftermarket grill replacement to Gerber based on prior personal experience with them. It was supposed to be a 3 hour job, but it turned into a nightmare with improper fitment, and inaccurate wiring provided with the grill. In the end, we agreed to give up and replace the original part and return the aftermarket grill to the seller. I was only charged for 2 hours of labor, because job wasn't completed as promised. My compliments to Orlando G.and his technicians on their personal preservance, technical excellence and ethical customer treatment.
