I had never been in a car accident before, but Gerber made the process very smooth, and kept me updated on the repair status throughout the time that they had my car. It is brand new, so I was a little concerned with the cosmetics and the manufacturer warranty, but they did a perfect job replacing everything and guarantee their work.
