I have utilized several collision repair centers in several states over many years. I found Gerber Collision to be the absolute best service I have ever experienced. From the time I arrived to get an estimate I was met at the door by Connie. As I have mobility issues she was very helpful with entry. I was told I would need to come back the next day as they were booked for the day to give estimates. The office manager Jeremy C. said he would take a look at my damage and offer a suggestion. Upon his visual look he said they could repair the damage and Connie would make me an appointment. The next day at 11:00 AM Jeremy met me and looked at the damage and proceeded to give me an estimate. Gerber Collision & Glass is a great place to get your automobile repaired after a collision or damage of any kind. The entire staff is great, and the Estimator and the body technicians are also great. My 2025 Chrysler looks new; you can't even tell that there was any damage. I needed my bumper replaced, and they did an amazing job. The whole process was incredibly easy from start to finish. I dropped my car off and had it back within a few days, which was way quicker than I expected. My new bumper looks perfect - you can't even tell anything happened. The staff was very nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, particularly Taylor who went out of her way a number of times. I highly recommend them!

Kelly F was a great help through the process of getting my car repaired. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Getting in an accident is a stressful thing, but the people I came in contact with at Gerber helped alleviate it in some ways. There was constant communication about the status of my repair.

I was worried after my accident not only of the cost but fixing the visual indents, my worries were immediately cleared after being serviced by Guy who guaranteed me my car would look good as new. Ashley reassured me through giving me updates on where my vehicle was and what was happening to it immediately updating me when my car was ready and repaired earlier than it's expected date and was 100% good as new i appreciate the service here and will come back for any future car repairs.

We picked up our SUV today and are so thrilled with the repair job. Not only did we get the car back much earlier than expected, the whole process was made easy by the expert care of April our service person. She kept us updated the entire time the car was in the shop as well as handling everything required by our insurance company. My husband and I highly recommend Gerber Collision for an excellent job and peace of mind after a horrible accident!
