I don't know if this will even reach the young lady that helped me, but she was the only one there, I popped in for an estimate she seemed super busy was literally answering two gentleman at the same time as she was answering my questions! I want to thank her for taking time to explain and answer all my questions! You were a wonderful example of smiling through the hectic work day! I will be calling my insurance company hope you find the right staff! Five stars!

I had significant front end damage to my car from a collision. Gerber in Oakland picked it up for repair. To begin with, all communications were prompt, professional, and polite. The work was completed on time. When I went to pick it up, I found what looked like a brand-new car. It was in pristine condition inside and out--and even under the hood. Obviously, great care had been taken with the repairs and with customer satisfaction. Gerber basically erased the accident which had damaged my vehicle. It drove perfectly, no change at all from pre-accident trips. I am grateful to the personnel at Gerber and wish them the best with their business. We need more places like it which take pride in their work and which are capable of the best results. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

From start to finish, I was very pleased with the entire repair process. From the very knowledgeable lady at the front counter (Ms. Darlyn) to the detailed orientated repair estimator ( Ms. Jessica), I was kept "in the loop" throughout the whole repair process. When they knew something, I knew it. I highly recommend these two ladies to be acknowledged for going over and above what most would have done. I also give a 5 Star recommendation to the Gerber Collision & Glass organization.
