I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car, it looks fantastic, they washed and detailed my car before they returned it over. This was my first experience with an insurance claim and body shop repair. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off my damaged tailgate, rather leave my truck, until the parts were in and the replacement was ready for installation. The entire process happened faster than originally estimated. The replacement tailgate looks as good as new! I would recommend this shop to anyone.

What a phenomenal experience. I hope you never get in an accident but if you do I can recommend Gerber highly enough. From the first contact in scheduling the drop off to picking up my car after the repair they provided top notch service. Calls from them to keep me up to date on the repairs, handling the arrangements for a rental car and best of all the damage was repaired to like new condition. Excellent service!!!
