They gave me a detailed list of what the repair would require - kept me informed on the status of the repair - were as quick as the repair would allow and the finished job was top notch. If I ever need another repair like this - and I hope NOT - but if I do - the Macclenny folks will get my business. THANKS again.

This was my 2d time using this shop, and I honestly cannot be happier with the service, and the results. My car has a special paint that makes matching it difficult, and they nailed it! Service, from the estimate to the finished product was flawless in my opinion. Shout out to Lindsey for all her work! Using Enterprise here was also an added bonus! They took me to another lot to get the rental car I wanted, definitely went the extra mile. Dropping off at Gerber made things extra easy!

After an unfortunate hit and run in a parking lot, our insurance company recommended Gerber Collision & Glass in Melbourne. I am very pleased they did. Thankfully, the damage to our Tesla was limited to paint work, but the quality of the repair was excellent and flawless. What truly set this experience apart was the customer service and communication. Kelly Ford was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, she provided daily updates on the status and outlook of the repair, clearly setting expectations so we were never left wondering. There was no overpromising, just honest timelines that stayed right on target. That level of transparency made the entire process stress free and left me feeling comfortable and confident. The care shown for both the vehicle and the customer was greatly appreciated. While I hope we do not need ... auto body work again anytime soon, we will absolutely continue to refer Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who does. Excellent experience. Five stars. read more

Communication was top tier, and they even got my car back to me 2 weeks earlier than I was expecting it. I would send anyone to them, I appreciated everything they were able to do for me!
