We used the Gerber location in Clermont, Florida to effect repairs to our car resulting from a minor accident. Working with Gator (our estimator ) and Amanda ((the front desk coordinator) turned a depressing situation into a pleasant experience. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout the the entire process. When it came time to have our car left for repair, Gerber worked directly with our insurance company (USAA) to arrange to have a rental car company pick us up at the Gerber office to start the rental. They kept us well informed as to the status of the repair work and took possession of the rental car when we picked up our repaired car (looks great) at Gerber, eliminating the need for us to return the car ourselves to the rental car office. I stopped in yesterday after going to two other Gerber's, and was turned down because the appointment wasn't at their specific location for a customer pay estimate, but the young lady I believe her name was "Chari" was nothing but accommodating, she did it with a smile straight up told me it will cost over 2000, she informed I wouldn't get the estimate until next Monday but she sent it this morning at 6am! I'm a Surgeon here in town and come in contact with so many people, and her customer service and her presence is what every business owner strives to have in the front office, she made me feel like I knew her my whole life! Great job! Five stars for the lady in the front!

My car got banged up, the estimate was accurate and the repair was done within 3 weeks, Isaiah and Raya at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful throughout the process, and they even saved me money on parts. The service was actually great . I came in the office and the 2 beautiful ladies that work in the front were so sweet and informative. They reassured me that everything will be fine and it was . One of them walked out and looked at the car with me and gave me all the information I needed . The followed up with me every single time on my car , from when it got started on , when they got parts , any delays to when I physically got the car back . I would definitely want this location to work on my car again .

Very efficient customer service. Kept us informed on the progress every couple of days. The car was ready ahead of projected time. The repair results were outstanding. In our opinion customer service must be at the same level as the workmanship. Sandy was up to the challenge. She was friendly and efficient and available for any phone calls and questions. We will definitely seek their help in the future if needed. This was our second opportunity in 5 years. They were consistent with workmanship and customer service.
