Wife was sitting in a parking lot when someone misjudged his turn out of a parking space and crinched the driver side fender. This shop accepred the vehicle quickly, painlessly and when finished the damage was repaired to look like new. As a matter of fact they detailed the outside of the car so well that the entire 2004 PT Cruiser looked like it just c ame off the showroom floor. Im not kidding, the vehicle shined as if a new acrylic coating was applied... but it wasnt. They took excellent care to repair it, present it and ready it for pickup within a week. If anything else cosmetically happens to any of our vehicles this shop is where we'll be going!

Mr. Lazslo, just wanted to drop you a line and let you know about wonderful customer service—from Melissa and Patrick in the Brandon office. First…Melissa: I deal with performance issues daily—hourly sometimes—and have done so for 30 years. My “business” at TECO is to improve our own internal performance, help employees develop, and improve the level of customer service we provide. In my brief dealings with Melissa (3 occasions), I could do a 4-hour workshop on things she did right—over and over. If you hired her with these skills—you are blessed and fortunate to have her on your team. If your organization trained her to be this way—you need to bottle what you are doing—because it works. If you want specific details on what she did “right”, let me know—suffice to say in a short e-mail that she is an asset to your organization. ... Second…Patrick: from the estimate he provided, to the phone call he placed after I left to make sure everything was ok (he was with another customer when I picked up car, so we did not meet then), he was professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. And yeah, the car looks fine too—so kudos go to those that did the hands-on work. I’m not taking anything away from them—but had it not been for Melissa, I would have NOT gotten the work done, and I appreciate Patrick following up. You’re doing right things…don’t stop. Hi Frank, WOW! I just had to send you a note and thank you for taking such good care of my car. It looks absolutely beautiful! Even my boyfriend commented and said you guys did an awesome job. The car was nice and clean inside and out. It was so nice of you to go the extra mile and buff out that little spot on the back too, it's hardly noticeable now. And how great that you got it done in less time than originally predicted. Master Collision is a wonderful paint & body shop and has wonderful employees. I've had two cars repaired there and if I ever need another car repaired, I will definitely be coming back. (hopefully I won't have to return... ?) Thank you again & God Bless,

Att: Michael Brandies My husband's 2006 Ford was re-ended and taken to the Master Collision location in Temple Terrace on hwy 301. The attention to our needs ( we are taking iv to our daughter in upper state NY at the end of February) was amazing!!! The workmanship was excellent and the service was superb. We were advised the Ford would be ready by Feb 15th, but to our wonderful surprise it was completed and picked up on Jan 27th. I cannot say enough about the quality of work, and the service we received, from all members of your staff. I have worked for USAA for 10 yrs and will encourage our members to use your shop. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Hi Mike! A quick note to let you know that Cliff and Lucy at your 301 shop were wonderful to deal with. After having some plow into the back of us at a stop light, I was not happy. Cliff and Lucy made a miserable experience so much easier to handle - they were friendly, professional, took care of the rental car, insurance, and delivered everything they promised. Let's be honest - I hope I NEVER see them again! However, in the real world, smart money says that I'll be in need of your services again one day and I won't hesitate to come back to Master Collision. Thank you for everything! Mike I wanted to let you know my experience with your Temple Terrace location. As you know we were bought by ABC Supply and were instructed on who to use to repaint our fleet of trucks. In the past our location struggled to find a "good body shop" when we needed repairs. From the first call to your location to John Weigold he really took ownership of my branch's needs and also our other branches that I talked to. John was always in constant e-mail contact with myself and made sure we knew when a truck was ready and any additional repairs needed. I wanted to let you know that it was very refreshing to have a person concerned with making sure our vehicles were treated as a priority. Any future body shop needs will be directed to your location. To Whom It May Concern, Today I picked up my Toyota Forerunner from Master Collision in Tampa Florida on West shore Blvd. I was involved in an accident while sitting at a red light over 2 weeks ago and the damage required repair to the drivers front end, fender and side board. My car was still drivable so I was able to drop it off at the scheduled time with Master Collision and meet with the staff there. The office staff were wonderful and helpful, I could not have been in better hands or made to feel more at ease and reassured as to the repairs that would be needed. The Manager, Mr. Robert Dodds talked with me about the damage, gave me the estimate in minutes and addressed all my concerns but the best gift I could have received was, a friendly reassuring commitment that I would have my SUV back in great shape in a week. I have to say ... that they did a wonderful job on repairing the damage, replacing the necessary parts but most of all, the person who you see and have to face the music with, looking at your car, fearful of losing it if its considered totaled, is the person who has the power to either comfort you from the beginning or add to your fear and anger associated with such an event. I am very thankful for and appreciative of Mr. Dodds and his office staff. As a side note, I have been wanting to replace the back bumper for a year now due to my own miscalculation backing up event and because of my experience with this staff and Mr. Dodds, I have asked him to find me a replacement and will have them do the work and I will refer others to this place of business in the future.
