I recently brought my vehicle in for body work after a vandalization incident. This facility did an excellent job! When they finished, my vehicle looked better than before it was damaged. I dealt mostly with George at this location, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he kept me in the loop with regard to the status of the work. George and the rest of the employees at this location went above and beyond what I expected! I was pleasantly surprised when George pointed out the extra things his team had done to get my vehicle looking fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and quality work.

This was our first time dealing with Gerber and we will definitely use their service again AND we have and will continue to recommend them to our friends. From our first contact to driving our newly repaired car away, the experience was exceptional. Fernando who did the estimate and was our main contact kept us up to date and went over and beyond expectations in helping us get on our way over the Thanksgiving holiday. I wanted to tell you about the service I received recently at your location in Deland. I just had a baby in August. On my second day back from maternity leave I was involved in a car accident. My car was towed to your Deland office. As a female, you automatically assume that all car dealers and repair facilities are just trying to get more money out of you when you have no idea why a light is on or the car is making a noise. Tom Stokes was my point of contact. He kept me up to date the whole time so that there was nothing I was “wondering about”. I took my car home and the next day was driving to work. When I parked my car at work there was smoke coming out of the hood and anti freeze all over the parking lot. I called Tom because he informed me if I had any questions to give him a call. Tom drove 30min to my job, picked up my car, took ... it back to Deland and repaired the hose, and brought it back to my office before I left for the day. When he got here he opened the hood, showed and explained to me what was wrong, and made suggestions as to what I can do to keep my car running smooth. I was so grateful he made this experience so “easy”. 2 days later, my brake light came on. Again I called Tom and thought it was from the accident. He told me to come right in and he would take a look at it. I took the car in and explained that I didn’t want to be a pain but he looked at it, topped the fluids, and the light was off. As a female, you are always reluctant to trust “car people” but Tom has changed my view on this. The most amazing customer service I have experienced was with Tom. I will recommend the Recovery Room to anyone that could utilize it. I myself am in customer service and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the service Tom provided. I am not one to typically write an email like this to a company and applaud them on a job well done, but I receive much correspondence from customers being a Director of Sales and it is nice on occasion to receive a compliment instead of a complaint, so decided to do the same in the case of the body work done on my car recently. I live up in the Westchase area and there are a significant number of body shops within a few miles, but a couple of years ago my neighbor had work done at your shop and had recommended it highly. Unfortunately shortly afterwards I had to have a rear bumper so took her up on her recommendation although skeptical that I had to travel almost 25 minutes to your shop. Turned out your shop did great work, the cost was competitive and I thought the customer experience overall was quite good thanks to Melissa and Nancy. ... They were personable, responsive and efficient. Well the story doesn’t end there because once again I found myself in need of a body shop a few weeks ago and there was no doubt where I was taking it this time. Nancy made an appointment for me to bring in car for appraisal and then it was great to see Melissa was still there and coordinated everything going forward and once again she was terrific. I was pressed for time due to pending holiday and travel schedule and she worked around that and was able to actually have the job completed 6 hours earlier than anticipated which was much appreciated. Of course the quality of the body work was top notch again. Being someone that spends a significant amount of time on the road, in and out of hotels, airports, restaurants and customers, I appreciate a very positive customer experience and disappointed when it is not. Thanks in large part to Melissa and Nancy’s assistance, the service level was terrific and much appreciated. As I told Melissa, hopefully I do not need to see her again any time soon, but will certainly recommend you to any of my neighbors or friends if they are in need of such services. thanks read more

Last April my car was involved in a collision; I was hit in the rear and the trunk of my Toyota Prius was relocated into the back seat. I did not know of any reputable repair centers and asked Toyota of Wesley Chapel (where I had purchased the car) to recommend someone. They recommended Master Collision and that is when I met Tim Ingram. From the very first time I spoke with him on the phone I felt that I could trust Tim. He was reassuring and sympathetic and I felt like my car was in good hands. When I dropped off the car he took the time to inspect every inch of the car with me and constantly kept me updated on the progress of the work and the status of the claim with the insurance company. I did not have to spend countless hours trying to chase him down; every call was returned promptly and every question I had answered to my ... satisfaction. When the work was done and I picked up my car, it looked as if it had never been in an accident. The paint was matched precisely and the work flawless. Even when I had some minor issues a few months after the repairs, Tim was accommodating and had me bring the car right in. Again, he took the time to inspect the issues with me and resolved them within 24 hours. It’s rare to find someone honest and with such integrity in this business; he is a find. I would recommend Tim and Gerber Collision to anyone who was involved in an accident. read more

Hi Vincent, Just fyi, Scott and Samantha are really on the ball in your Ruskin shop. Just wanted to pass along some good words bcse we tend only to hear about the negative. Our 52 yr member doesn’t have collision and I assisted her in getting her vehicle to our stars shop. They are very interested in helping our member who is 87 years old. As Scott put it, I’m treating her like my own grandmother “. They are going to check her brakes and look for her necklace as requested. They have held our member’s hand throughout this process. This is excellent service- thank you!

Tuesday Oct 23, 2012 Windshield replaced on 2007 Ford Escape. Technician (Michael Smith) arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. Did a timely first-class job and when done, cleaned windshield, and picked up all debris. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing auto glass repair.

Dear Gerber Collision, It is not often I am compelled to write a formal letter expressing my appreciation but I rarely pass up the opportunity to commend stellar service. After my car was broken into and radio stolen, I called my insurance company hoping to get some good news about the repair of my vehicle. The whole process started out very rocky with a number of items misstated from the insurance end. When I was given a list of options for repair shops, I remeber a friend had said their vehicle was repaired at Master Collision.

"dear STEVE, i would like to take a moment to tell you how thrilled i am with the work you all do ! this is the second time in the past year and a half that i've brought my TOYOTA AVALON to your shop for paint and bodywork. on both occasions the work was not only " first class " , but was done in a very timely manner. you have an excellant staff , and i include LISA , & RAE in that. on this most recent repair, i expected to have to have the trunk completely resprayed as well as having to purchase new chrome lettering . you could have left it go at that, but instead LISA told me that they were able to buff- out most of the scratches. the result being that it looks fabulous., and they even did the hood for me , thus saving me a considerable expense. thank you all once again .
