Raye - was soooooooo amazing. I have never ever had customer service like I received from her. She was extremely curteous and pleaseant. She contacted me twice a week to provide me with updates on my car repairs. She detailed everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way with my car. I was at ease with my decision to have my car repaired with Gerber. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership for all services, but now Gerber will be a definite choice for future service. I will recommend Raye as a consultant to all my friends and co-workers. She is just the BOMB!

I had never heard of your company before, but because of her customer service, I would definitely go to you all again (though hopefully I won't have to) and will also definitely recommend your company to friends. I experienced the best customer service I have ever come across dealing with an automotive service.Rylee Etherton was the one who helped me with my quote. He was more than friendly and I could tell he was being completely honest. He fairly helped me fix my problem. I would recomend Rylee and this location to anyone I know in need of automotive service. "I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass, 9816 US HWY 301 N as an honest and ethical organization. I had water poring into my van. Everyone I spoke with said they "would replace my windshield." I didn't think it was a windshield issue but no one would listen....Until I went to Gerber Collision on Hwy 301. Rylee Etherson not only listened, he had me bring in my van checked out the windsheild and determined the drainage lines were clogged, removed the leaves and tested the front end drainage to make sure it would drain. Although I wasn't involved in an accident, I believe the service and consideration I reveived speaks to the ethics and honesty of this Gerber Collion location. I do not hesitate to recommend them. My repair cost was considerably less than a windshield replacement. I can not thank Rylee enough."
