I would like to thank you ladies for the wonderful customer service that I received in the repair of my 2004 Ford Expedition. I truly appreciate the service calls that you guys gave me updating the status of my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the repairs done to my SUV and would highly recommend your shop to my friends, co-workers and family members. Also, when I came to pick my vehicle up, the transaction was smooth, you were very professional and I was on my way in a jiffy. In short, you ladies were awesome! Thanks!

I got in a three pile car accident on February 12, 2013. I went to Walker Collision repair to see if they can repair my Jeep. I called the other insured's insurance company while I was at Walker's and received terrible experience from them. Amy Bennett was there guiding me through this ordeal and kept reassuring me that insurance companies try to scare people. Amy was very helpful and offered to call the insurance company back to set up a rental when the time came seeing as though I didn't want to talk to them again. I made an appointment two weeks later so as to give Walker Collision time to order my parts. I found out to my dissappointment that the day that I get my rental, I had to pay out of pocket. After I paid for two days, Lem Bennett, another employee of Walker Collision repair, made several phone calls to Mendota insurance, the ... other party's insurance cpmpany, to see if they can cut me a check right then for the amount I would need to keep my rental so I won't have pay more then I would have to. Several phone calls and days later, they still have not replied to my messages or to Lem's messages. I had to pay one day at a time for my rental until we knew for sure what was going on. But Lem didn't stop, he kept going, trying to talk or get ahold of someone. Finally, Lem e-mailed Mendota to get them to get in touch with me or him by phone about my situation. Mendota called soon after and explained that they do not do billing with any car rental places and that I would have to be reimbursed once I finish my rental contract for however long I had the car. Lem went above and beyond to help me out more then he should have. He rushed my jeep three days before it was due and before the weekend I got it back. I got it back friday afternoon. Lem also scanned my reciept and sent it through e-mail to mendota so that I can be reimbursed. Lem kept in touch with me throughout this ordeal about what was going on. I will from now on send others that need any repairs to Walker Collision soon to be Gerber collision and glass by word of mouth. Walker collision and repair has two great employees, Lem Bennett and Amy Bennett. My jeep is in excellent condition and I owe it all to Walker Collision repair shop. read more

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the work done to my vehicle after an accident I had a couple weeks ago. I found your shop since you are an Esurance preferred body shop. From the moment I took my car in everything was made so easy for me by Richard. I was in and out of your offices within a half hour of arriving. I was up to date on the repairs through the entire process. When I received my car yesterday I was very happy with the work and again getting in and out was very painless! When you’re in an accident sometimes it seems like getting your car repaired is the biggest hassle ever but Richard made my life so easy! I was really wowed by the service and the work. Thanks for doing what you guys do! I’ll be sure to use your shop next time I rear-end someone J

I just wanted to thank all staff and personnel at Gerber Collision in Lutz branch off of Wesley Chapel Blvd, Florida for expediting repairs to my car. They were very helpful. I especially want to thank Justin, Sean, and Charlie for their diligence, attention to detail, and trust. I am very happy I had my car over the weekend and was able to get my car back in 2 days. The staff was very responsive to all of my needs. I am very satisfied.

I just had to take the opportunity to let you know what an outstanding customer service experience I had recently with Lisa and Fernando at your Amelia Street location in Orlando. My parked car was hit the week before in front of our children’s hospital. Having to deal with an insurance claim and having a car repaired is typically not a fun positive experience. But between the professionals at USAA Insurance (my insurance company) who agreed to deal with Direct General and your team, it was actually a pleasant experience. The level of detail that Lisa showed in communication was exceptional. I deal in a people business and recognize good training and a desire to put the customer first. Your team there at Amelia certainly “get it” when it comes to getting future referral business. I will be certain to mention to anyone who needs their car ... repaired to go to the Gerber Collision on Amelia. Congratulations on winning a customer for life and a raving fan. What a great experience...I boo-boo'd my Acura by backing into a light pole base (I saw the pole in the rearview but not the huge concrete base it sat on). I had to rent a car, and it could have been a total pain in the fanny....the Gerber staff was great, was very helpful, and had a great relationship with Enterprise where I got the rental. Gerber finished my car the day they said they would, and the repair is perfect! Thank you, I will never use anyone else, and I thank USAA for sending me to you.
