I picked up my car last week after having the rear end ripped off by a SemiTruck. The workmanship was perfect. I received updates as my car was being repaired. The service adviser was easy to work with and quick to respond with any questions I had. They really did a great job for me and my family. I will use them again for all my body work. I also recommended them to the largest car club in Florida the Heavy Hitters as a quality body shop that delivers on there workmanship.

Fantastic experience with Gerber. Painless process and EXCELLENT repair work. I'm writing solely to commend the estimator, Bob, on the best customer service I've received in a long time. I dropped my car off when I went out of town for almost a week and Bob was kind enough to pick me up and bring me to the shop before work on the morning I returned. Best of all I didn't have to call and remind him, he just showed up to get me just like he said he would. Thank you so much Bob and the rest of the Gerber team.

Thank you and your associates for the fine, professional job done on the 02 Chevy Prizm front end. The car looks new, and you can't tell it was ever in an accident It's hard to find an outfit as good at their job, on time with the job and, at a fair price as AUTOCRAFTERS. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else for repairs.

When I walked through the doors for the first time and saw the professional decor, it was appealing. It is the norm when seeing such a setting, the people are polite, helpful and try to be efficient. But, I was not prepared for what I was about to happen at Gerber. I experienced a level of genuine friendliness, kindness, caring, coupled along with experience, knowledge and expertise! Ms. Denise guided me through the paperwork. And both of you went the extra mile to help with my car rental woes. You ladies are top notch hands down. Mr. Valencia, your attention to my car lead me to believe I was getting a fair professional assessment and felt comfortable/confident with your findings. You too were kind, friendly and caring! ... Your facility has my vote of confidence and rates #10's across the board! I hope you will pass this communication onto the Corporate Office so that they can know and understand what an excellent job you all are performing. Having your vehicle in need of repair can be an unsettling experience, all the paperwork and questions to ask. The service was actually done at the location in Lutz, State Rd 54. The staff was very professional and personable. Dina was extremely helpful. I would also like to mention Bob Mennings.who referred me. I have had the pleasure of knowing Bob for a few years, He always greets you with a smile and a kind word. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing their services.

On March 2013, my Honda Accord was rear ended and my insurance company had emailed me a list of repair centers, but I was hesitance to take my car in for repairs due to a prior experience with the Recovery Room in Winter Park. The Recovery room could not match the paint on my Honda Accord. So, I has been postponing the repair on this new bumper damage. Finally I decided to take the car for repairs and I first went to check out the place. Gerber in Amelia-Orlando, I met Keisha and Fernando. I was surprised that Fernando came in with a camera and proceeded to take pictures of everything and told me that he will order the parts and will submit the paperwork. I left my car in the shop this Monday and they informed me by text the progress of my car as they knew I was out of town. In my driving to the shop yesterday all what I could think ... was..........on the experience I had at the Recovery room..........and I was uneasy on picking up my car. Fernando gave me back my car and all I could say was OMG, OMG and OMG!! I got up early today to just go and see the bumper again! They match the paint! Fernando and team-You are #1!! read more

I was very pleasd with the repair work done on my new2013 Honda Accord Touring and the awesome customer service provided by Gerber in Valrico. From the moment you walk into the door to the time you pick up your vehicle you are greeted as if you are the only customer there and it is all about you. Glenn kept me abreast about the status of the repair work being done on vehicle no matter how small detail it may be. I felt that he took care of my car as if was his personal vehicle. I will definitely recommend their service to my co-workers and friends. I also want to note that it was also very conveience to have the rental vehicle next door. Awesome job...my car looks better than new again!
