FL - 12635 Hwy 27, Clermont - 10/4/13

Just picked my car up from Clermont and have to say what a pleasure dealing with all the staff there. Very professional, very friendly, repair carried out promptly and my car looks amazing. Second time I've used the Clermont branch and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Can't thank them enough, my car looked as good as the first day I bought it - absolutely fantastic job, would highly recommend them to all of my friends. Thanks again

I wanted to take a minute to express my appreciation to Steve Wilson who took care of me during the last few weeks. My car was hit in a parking lot and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car, he was so helpful to me to answer my questions and assisted me with another issue with the glass department. THANK YOU Steve and Dena, the receptionist, who was extremely helpful as well.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great repair service I received. As you may remember, I walked in without an appointment, you were clearly busy at your desk… you moved everything aside…greeted me… and wrote and estimate of repair while I waited… It was a relatively small repair $1200 from bug damage… but I was impressed. I was paying cash and I think you were surprised that I agreed to the service on the spot. Scheduled and appointment… I brought the car in… you were always easy to get in contact with… I got daily updates… and I received a fine paint job… to my hood and bumper, matching my 7 year old paint on my Lexus…. and when I was about to pick up my car… you and the manager were not 100% satisfied with the detail work … and you asked to have a bit more time with it… Just to make me 100% happy… I had no Idea what to ... expect from the delay … and the end result “Perfect”… If I ever need a major repair… I feel I can trust you to get the job done right. read more

Just following up by email as I said I would. Your team did a great job on the repairs on my 2000 Mazda Protege; not only can't you tell that there was ever any damage, but the paint on the quarter panel and blending on the front door matches the existing paint so well, you can't tell it is a new job. I plan to use Gerber when the time comes to finally repaint the roof and hood of the car. The new lock is working well; at times it is a bit stiff and feels a little hard to turn to lock/unlock - but not to the extent of the old lock. I'm assuming that this is from it being a new lock, but if it persists I may stop by Gerber to have you take a look to see if anything needs adjustment.

Car was scratched when someone backed into me. They did an excellent job of repainting damaged side and replacing damaged mustang decal trim. Car came back all clean and shined up. The windows were so clean, had to drive back and ask how they did it. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Service was exceptional; from my initial contact with Patricia at the reception desk, to meeting with manager Chris, to Melanie who provided the initial repair estimate and kept me posted along the entire repair process, customer service & communication were first-rate. And the repair of the damage was beautiful. I was thoroughly satisfied, and would recommend Gerber to anyone in need of auto body and glass repair.

I wanted to thanks Carlos Cuevas for the excellent customer service that he gave me. The first time when I went to pick up my car and I had to leave my car to get some corrections done, he stepped up and offered me help and even helped me to move my personal belongings from my car to the rental car again. The next day he called me to pick up my car but when I couldn’t he told me to come on Saturday without any problems. On that Saturday when I went to pick up my car I wasn’t totally happy with the job done on the rear lamps, that’s when he went above and beyond to get the corrections done so I can take my car without more troubles (Even though he is not the adjuster assigned to me). He even stayed after the closing time with us . He explained what was the correction and the job done on my car and he told me to contact my adjuster or ... Gerber if I have any other troubles. I highly recommend Gerber Glass & Collision, particularly the Tampa FL location at 1812 E. Busch Blvd. Manager Tim Ingram kept me informed every step of the way in getting my Honda Accord repaired after a collision. My car actually looks better than it did before the accident. Mr. Ingram and his staff also worked seamlessly with USAA Insurance and Enterprise Rental to coordinate the claim, billing, and rental car contract. As stressful as a wreck can be, Gerber Collision and Tim Ingram made this experience very painless. My husband and I plan to use Gerber Collision on Busch Blvd in Tampa for all auto body needs from here on.
