During the service, they kept me informed at all times of the status of my car. Enterprise did a great job, however, even after giving them an exact time to pick me up, they were one hour late.

Our 2012 Toyota 4Runner was involved with a minor incident and required repairs to the aft RH side. Just wanted to let you know of my great experience with George and Denise. My initial call to your business was handled professionally and I was quickly instructed as to what I needed to do...first getting a quote from Gerber and then getting with an Allstate claims adjuster before returning to Gerber to get the work done, if that is what I chose to do. I drove right over and met with George, who expeditiously wrote up the quote, which I then took with me for the Allstate guy a couple days later. George told me that if I had the work done there, he could get me in Monday morning and only needed 3-4 days. He also explained what would be done in great detail, which was most helpful. So, it went down just as described. George called me on day 4 around noon and said I could pick the car up after 3pm, which I did. The car was repaired exactly ... as George had described and was washed and vacuumed, as well. We walked around the car together, I endorsed the Allstate check over to Gerber and was on my way. Both George and Denise are both obviously extremely customer focus oriented, which was evidenced at every point of contact, phone or face to face. Just wanted to let you know....and if I ever need another repair (nothing personal, but hopefully not) or have an opportunity to refer one of my friend, I will not hesitate to do so. read more
