Just wanted to let you know that your lutz center rocks! Fast, friendly and professional hardly begins to describe the service I received from dina and melissa! This was a stress-free process from beginning to end! I've already recommended your lutz location to my daughter!

Everyone at the Lutz location did a wonderful job. From keeping me informed almost daily on the repairs to the total repair of my car. They also did everything working with the rental car and insurance company. I appreciate everything everyone did. THANK YOU!

Excellent customer service. Bob, Patrick and Judy were extremely friendly and empathetic. I was a picky customer and they did what they needed to do to make me happy. I was very skeptical about the repair to my car as a result of me being rear ended. I was sure that no one could make the car look good. Your company and staff proved me wrong. The car looks excellent. Thank you.

The team at Gerber Collision are very friendly with superior customer service skills. Jonathan M. was super efficient with checking my vehicle before & after repairs as well as giving me the opportunity to replace one of my head lights which was corroding with condensation. Service was completed in a very timely manner as promised and the completed work was excellent! Thank you very much!!!

The staff is genuine and accommodating, which is rare these days. The entire process was seamless. They kept me informed daily as to how my repairs were coming along, and the work was finished much quicker than anticipated. One gentleman helped me 15 minutes after their shop closed, before I even dropped the vehicle off for repairs. After my car was repaired, Lauren gave me some professional advice on a separate, unrelated vehicle enhancement question I had.
