The repair went by very smoothly. Justin Paul, my estimator, called me every Tuesday and Thursday to update me. No problems with insurance payment, picking up my car or dropping it off. They did an awesome job! Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! When I dropped off the car AND when I picked it up I wasn't there for even 5 minutes. Prompt response to updates. Carlos Cuevas was there both times, at drop off and pick up, and was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I will recommend anyone I know to your shop! Very happy with the whole experience.

I want to thank Lisa Braswell and the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass for such a tremendous, tremendous customer service experience. She was prompt, professional and courteous. Not only that, after removing the bumper scheduled for repair, hidden damage not revealed to me at the time of purchase by the Auto Dealer was discovered and Lisa contacted me immediately. She also provided with pictures of the damage as I prepare to confront the Dealer. I appreciated the manner in which it was handled. When I picked up the vehicle, the work was fantastic! Outstanding job. I couldn't tell that there was any damage plus the car was returned to me clean. Without a doubt, should I have a future need, I will use Geber and recommend the same to family and friends. The entire staff at this facility is worthy of Commendation, but I especially want ... to thank Lisa Braswell. I think she went above and beyond. Your staff is fabulous and so was the work performed. The service I received form Gerber collision was awesome. I dropped my car off and was told it would take one day to repair. I was given a ride home by one of the associate after I dropped my car off for the repair. I was prepared to not have my vechile all day. Three hours later I received a call from the Gerber collision associate informing me know that my car was ready. They washed and vacuumed my car and dropped it off to me at my house so I didn't have to go back to the shop to pick it up. They explained the work performed and gave me copies of the paperwork. The employees were very professional and respectful. I will recommend Gerber Collision to other people who may need repairs done to their vechile. Thank you for the fast service.

Excellent job! Easy to get appointments, Reasonable wait time to be helped. Having to get my vehicle repaired because someone keyed the hood is not pleasant but the service here made it stress-free!

Randy was very helpful, I walked in without an appointment as my insurance company told me to do. Even though he was finishing up from another client, instead of having make an appointment, he said he would help me. Randy did a full inspection of the collision damage to my vehicle, even going so far as to get down on the ground and look under the car to check things out. Dropping off my car was as easy as it could be, the young lady at the front counter called the rental car company for me and let me know that I was there and ready to be picked up.

Brought my van in for an estimate because I had damaged the paint while trying to remove love bugs. Rylee Etherton came out and looked at the car and asked if he could have it for 10 or15 minutes. He came back a short while later and lo and behold he had repaired the damage. After asking how much I owed I was told not to worry about it, just recommend Gerber to my friends. Believe me I will! If ever I need collision repair please know that Gerber will be my first choice thanks to your wonderful employee.
